By placing an order with The Wee Baker you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Submitting this enquiry does not confirm your booking, please allow 48 hours for a response. Orders are collection only. Collection is from Edinburgh, Scotland, EH14. Bespoke cake orders must be placed atleast 3 weeks before the event date. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your cake booking. The remaining balance must be paid atleast 2 weeks before the collection date. Deposits are non-refundable except in certain circumstances where we are unable to complete your order or cancellation is made with atleast 6 weeks notice. Cake cancellations made with more than 6 weeks notices will receive a full refund of balance paid. Cake cancellations with 2 - 6 weeks notice will receive a 50% refund of balance paid (not including the deposit). We cannot refund any cancellations with 2 weeks notice or less. Any amendments to your order must be made in writing 2 weeks before the collection date. Brownie and Cupcake orders can be placed atleast 1 week before collection date, dependent on availability. Payment must be paid in full at time of order confirmation. No deposit is required for these orders (except in certain circumstances when large quantities are purchased). Cancellations with more then 4 weeks notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 2 - 4 weeks notice will receive a 50% refund. We cannot refund any cancellations with 1 week notice or less. Change of collection date will depend on availability. By collecting your order, you agree that you are satisfied with the finished product. We are not liable for any damaged cakes after they leave our possession. Keep cakes on a flat surface during transportation such as footwell of the car, do not transport on car seat or on your lap. Products are made within an environment that handles nuts. Please keep cakes in a cool place or in the fridge (unless told otherwise), and keep out of direct sunlight.
