Postal orders currently are delivered on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (subject to availability).
Orders must be placed before 12pm at least two days before delivery date in order to be dispatched in time. (For example, if delivery required for Friday, order must be placed before 12pm on Wednesday). Any orders placed between 12pm Saturday - 12pm Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
Postal orders are sent across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a email confirmation which includes tracking details for your order. Please note, brownie boxes will require someone to be available for your delivery, however letterbox brownies will be posted through your door (measurements dependent).
Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery aims for next day delivery, but is not guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any delivery issues, including late deliveries, once the order has been dispatched from our kitchen. However, we will always do out best to understand and resolve any delivery concerns that may arise. Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping address and contact details to ensure orders are dispatched to correct locations.
CELEBRATION CAKE COLLECTION
Celebration cakes are currently collection only.
Bespoke cake orders must be placed atleast 3 weeks before the event date.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your cake booking. The remaining balance must be paid atleast 2 weeks before the collection date. Deposits are non-refundable except in certain circumstances where we are unable to complete your order or cancellation is made with atleast 6 weeks notice.
By collecting your order, you agree that you are satisfied with the finished product. We are not liable for any damaged cakes after they leave our possession. Keep cakes on a flat surface during transportation such as footwell of the car, do not transport on car seat or on your lap.
OTHER BAKES COLLECTION
Other bake orders such as brownies and cupcakes must be placed atleast 1 week before collection date, dependent on availability.
By collection your order, you agree that you are satisfied with the finished product. We are not liable for any damaged cakes after they leave our possession. Keep cakes on a flat surface during transportation such as footwell of the car, do not transport on car sear or on your lap.
Please keep cakes in a cool place or in the fridge (unless told otherwise), and keep out of direct sunlight.
