Refund policy

We do not accept returns for The Wee Baker products, as all our products are baked to order.

Postal Refunds - we do not accept returns on postal orders as these are baked to order. However, refunds, store credit, or a replacement order of the same value will be given in certain circumstances where you receive the incorrect order or the order is shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Any order refund/replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing enquiries@theweebaker.co.uk.

Postal Cancellations - Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for order cancellations.

Refunds and cancellations - Bespoke cake orders must be placed atleast 3 weeks before the event date. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your cake booking. The remaining balance must be paid atleast 2 weeks before the collection date. Deposits are non-refundable except in certain circumstances where we are unable to complete your order or cancellation is made with atleast 6 weeks notice. Cake cancellations made with more than 6 weeks notice will receive a full refund of balance pain. Cake cancellations with 2 - 6 weeks notice will receive a 50% refund of balance paid (not including deposit). We cannot refund any cancellations with 2 weeks notice or less. Any amendments to your order must be made in writing 2 weeks before the collection date. Change of collection date will depend on availability.

Refunds and cancellations - Baked goods such as cupcakes and traybake orders must be placed at least one week before collection date, subject to availability. Payment must be paid in full at time of order confirmation. No deposit is required for these orders (except in certain circumstances when large quantities are purchased). Cancellations with more then 4 weeks notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 2 - 4 weeks notice will receive a 50% refund. We cannot refund any cancellations with 1 week notice or less. Change of collection date will depend on availability.
